I've managed to become addicted to The Sims: Hot Date again. Digitally simulated love is to much fun not to abuse.

In other news, I took the AP Lang & Comp test today. Wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be but still a challenge.

Update on the Wiccan rant I wrote a few journal posts ago. I recieved a fairly amusing letter (which I'll share at a later date) telling me I was a "daughter of Satan" and other such nonsense. I recieved it through email so I don't know if it was a deviant or not. I don't really care, I found it quite amusing.

I also got a bonsai but I haven't named it yet...

I managed to break my glasses on Thursday so I had to go get a new pair. They're really cute red, squarish frames 8). I like them sooo much!

I also got a superior 1 rating at contest (really really good). Yippee! Singing in Italian is fun!

So I'm Wiccan.

Yeah, that's probably not to noticable. My pentacle stays at home along with my pentacle ring. I don't wear them to school (Catholic highschool) because that's just really disrespectful, though I'd forget to take it off once this Tuesday.

I don't agree with everything the guy who wrote it says but quite a bit of it.

Here's some things I believe and just feel like ranting about:

Just because you've suddenly become Wiccan doesn't mean bash your former religion. I personally have a great respect for Catholicism and it's history. I don't believe in a few things they do but pretty much we are on the same wave length.

I think homosexuals have the right to do the same as heterosexual couples. Love is love.

I don't believe the Catholic church put their holidays over Wiccan holidays in an effort to stamp it out. I believe they put them over PAGAN holidays.

I think people have the right to choose their religion, wether or not they are born into it.

I don't believe that ANY religion is better than any other, everybody views the world differenty, should it be any different with their religion as well?

Faith and religion are two very different things.

There is no sin nor original sin, neither is there good and evil. There's humanity, and that's about it.

One reason we have sexism is the Bible.

Skyclad is the only way.

I do not believe that practicing Wicca involves Faires, Unicorns, Dragons, or mystical creatures. It's about the Lord and Lady, not your imagination.

The Burning Times, for those who think a bunch of witches got killed, didn't exist. It was a bunch of girls looking for something to do to get noticed and one slave practicing vodoo. Let those innocent people who died because they were social rejects rest in peace already. I would've been one of them if that still happened.

Love spells are for those without enough courage to ever use their femine or masculine wiles to catch their fish of choice.

Wiccans are kind of like anime fans. Some only buy Japanese imports DVD's and deny your very existence if you can not name the 25 greatest anime achievements ever in chronological order (hint:they don't include DBZ or SM). Then some froth themselves in shojo and long haired bish. There are the mecha fans, the Evangelion religious freaks who are still studying Episode 25 and 26 for meaning, that cos player cat girl who looks like she would eat you, the web-comic drawer, Megatokyo wanna be, the 12 year old DBZ fan, the FY obessesed girl who has "Tatahome" tattoed on her back, and a variety of other strange types. Basically, Sticklers, leave the fluff bunnies alone, Fluff bunnies, please stop bemoaning Christianity.

I'm Wiccan. That's cool and all but I'd rather known for being a good poet or having a good voice.

To those who are Wiccan, if I pissed you off, good, you needed it. For those of you were amused and condescending, fuck off. For those who agreed with me, let's start our own tradition far away from the sticklers and fluffs.

For those who aren't Wiccan, if I pissed you off, that's nice. For the Jevoh witnesses who keep trying to save my soul, it doesn't need saving, thank you. For those who think Paganism and Wicca are the same thing are really deluding themselves.
